About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to join our team at Canmark Family Farming Ltd. as a key member of our farm operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the farm, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
  • Supervise and train farm staff in animal handling, husbandry, and record-keeping practices.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of farm activities, including animal health, production, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with farm management to develop and implement strategies for improving farm productivity and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in farm management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of animal husbandry and farm operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
