Position: Senior Full Stack Developer – Team Lead

We are in search of a seasoned Full-Stack Developer with leadership experience to enhance our dynamic team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Possess strong technical expertise and a proven history with our technology stack.
  • Take technical ownership of projects while leading and mentoring a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Contribute to overall sprint planning and architecting new features in alignment with best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and promote continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications for effective solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Maintain and update project documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and release protocols.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to discuss long-term strategies.
  • Act as a team player while keeping a strategic view of the project.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full stack developer.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership capacity, guiding and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following: React/Redux, PHP, Java.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and DocumentDB.
  • Familiarity with Redis and Docker.
  • Knowledge of AWS services.
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Industry-recognized certifications in testing practices and Agile methodologies are advantageous.
