About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team at KEITH PANEL SYSTEMS CO., LTD. as a key member of our fabrication and installation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture and assemble sheet metal products in our factory, including ducts for hot air heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate fabrication.
  • Measure and mark sheet metal according to templates, and operate metalworking machines to cut, punch, drill, shape, or straighten sheet metal.
  • Operate laser cutters and plasma cutters to precision-cut sheet metal.
  • Grind and buff seams, joints, and rough surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specifications.
  • Develop computerized patterns and layouts for sheet metal fabrication.
  • Cut materials using power tools or by hand, and assemble, erect, and install hoisting and rigging equipment.
  • Fabricate and install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and installation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights.
  • Steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and hard hat required.
