Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Key Holder to join our team at Kiehl's Boutique. As a Key Holder, you'll play a key role in achieving store sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and individual targets
  • Provide superior customer service and develop customer relationships
  • Execute short and long-term plans to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain a neat and organized store, including product and brand image presentation
Requirements
  • Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
  • Prior key holder experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Physical Environment

This role requires the ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
