    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files

    • Order and maintain inventory of medical supplies
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
    • Prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe, and distribute minutes

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical administrative role

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. Public transportation is available.
