Logistics Team Leader

As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at Ross Chocolates, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our logistics and operational processes. Your leadership will guide our team in achieving efficiency and excellence in our warehouse operations.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment
- Formulate and implement specific strategies to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Organize and delegate responsibilities to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization to maintain workflow.
- Coordinate activities with various departments to enhance productivity.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance.
- Manage maintenance and repair schedules for warehouse equipment.
- Address and resolve operational challenges, providing technical guidance to improve productivity and product quality.
- Train and mentor team members on policies and procedures.
- Assign, review, and manage work tasks among team members.
- Maintain and organize inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
This is a permanent position with a commitment of 32 hours per week. The primary language of communication within the workplace is English.
