About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Light Duty Cleaner at Rightway Cleaning. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to maintain a secure and organized workspace
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and tidy appearance
Work Environment

As a Light Duty Cleaner at Rightway Cleaning, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our cleaning services goals.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset, but not required
  • Ability to work in a non-smoking environment
  • Ability to work in a cleaning service company setting
  • Ability to work in various locations
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move objects as needed
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
