Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Leadership and Business Development: Identify and research potential clients and markets to develop a robust pipeline of new third-party business opportunities.
  • Property Management: Provide leadership and direction to a team that includes property management, operations, project management, and leasing staff.

Requirements:
  • Education: College or University degree, preferably in Business.
