Work Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

Responsibilities

KEY FUNCTIONS

Provide Level 2 on-site and remote End-User Support Manage Desktop Support including hardware for desktops and laptops, as well as software applications Oversee support for facilities across various regions Handle ticket management, ensuring follow-up and escalation as needed Maintain secure and stable IT operations for business applications Take responsibility for all end-user IT equipment and site infrastructure Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the IT environment Facilitate communication between internal/external stakeholders and IT management regarding major incidents and process enhancements Support both production floor and office environments Provide executive support as necessary Collaborate with IT colleagues across international locations Update and create documentation for infrastructure and processes Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

Proficient in PC/Laptop installations, relocations, modifications, and troubleshooting Experience in Help Desk Support Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems Proficient in MS Office Applications Familiarity with networking, including VPN and wireless technologies Experience with printer support Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI is a plus Support experience with handheld scanners Familiarity with third-party application support Experience with mobile devices, particularly iOS Knowledge of audio/video setups Proven ability to work closely with users, vendors, and management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent knowledge Additional certifications (Microsoft, Dell, Cisco, etc.) are advantageous
