Experiential Learning Coordinator

The University of Toronto is seeking a highly skilled Experiential Learning Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Experiential Learning and Outreach Support office, you will play a critical role in growing quality experiential learning opportunities for Arts & Science students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement plans to support the development of experiential learning opportunities for students
- Consult with instructors, administrators, and student groups to develop tailored programming needs
- Plan and implement components of curricular and/or co-curricular programs and activities
- Research and recommend new opportunities for external collaborations and partnerships
- Build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders and partners of strategic importance
- Conduct detailed labour market analysis to inform program and partnership development
- Deliver presentations to promote programs, opportunities, and/or initiatives
- Facilitate educational workshops and seminars
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in an arts and science-related discipline or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- Minimum five (5) years of experience coordinating experiential learning programs
- Experience in a relationship management or external relations role, preferably within a post-secondary institution
- Experience planning and implementing experiential learning projects
- Experience compiling and analyzing data, written reports, and other materials
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative partnerships
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge and understanding of student learning, student development, and experiential learning
