About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Compensation Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our compensation and benefits team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing total compensation strategies and programs that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement total compensation strategies and programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead the development and roll-out of compensation and benefits programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends to ensure our programs remain competitive and effective.
  • Develop and recommend policies and processes to optimize the effectiveness of our compensation and benefits programs.
  • Maintain relationships with benefits program vendors to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Prepare input for compensation, benefits, pension, and work experience surveys to inform our total compensation strategy.
  • Prepare compliance reports for pension and benefits plans to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on total compensation.
  • CCP, CBP, or CEBS designation preferred.
