Compensation Specialist

Sinclair Dental Ottawa, a prominent entity in the dental supply sector in Canada, is seeking a Compensation Specialist to enhance their workforce. If you possess a solid background in payroll processing and benefits administration, along with keen analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail, this role may be the ideal progression in your professional journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer bi-monthly payroll for over 500 personnel
- Validate timekeeping and attendance documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage payroll documentation and implement salary adjustments
- Address employee queries and concerns
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of advanced payroll experience
- PCP certification or in pursuit of it
- Post-secondary education in finance or accounting
- Familiarity with UKG/Ultipro software is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capability to perform under pressure and adhere to deadlines
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000
