Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Second Family Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and transfers.
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
  • Accompany clients on errands and to appointments.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
Requirements:
  • Canadian PSW certificate.
  • Clear enhanced police record check.
  • Able to acquire a valid CPR/BLS certificate.
  • Able to complete WHMIS training.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Enjoy working with a team and independently with clients.
