About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Systems Analyst to join our team at Canada Resurgence Developments Ltd. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Improvement: Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement within our organization's IT infrastructure, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Database Development and Implementation: Develop and implement a comprehensive database strategy, including designing and developing databases, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Data Management and Administration: Develop and maintain computer databases, ensuring data accuracy, security, and integrity, while also implementing data administration policies, standards, and models.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with staff to understand data requirements, collection, and availability, ensuring effective data management and utilization.
  • Infrastructure Setup and Testing: Setup and configure IT infrastructure to enable applications to access databases, and test data models and database management systems to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle, data analysis software, MS Office, Python, and SQL.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid work arrangement, with a 35-hour workweek.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
