About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Systems Specialist to join our team at Canada Resurgence Developments Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our database systems to support business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement within our IT infrastructure
  • Develop and implement strategic blueprints for database deployment and management
  • Liaise with staff to understand data requirements and ensure data availability
  • Design and develop databases to meet business needs
  • Operate database management systems to analyze data and inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Oracle, data analysis software, MS Office, Python, and SQL
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement. You will work 35 hours per week and be required to communicate in English.
