Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at 1445127 BC Ltd. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
    • Sanitize all equipment and utensils, and ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset, but not required.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule
    • 35-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced food service environment, with exposure to kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals.
