About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at McCallum Sandwiches Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, handle customer inquiries, and provide a welcoming environment for all customers.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of food quantities used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.
