About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Canada West. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and fostering a positive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual business plans to exceed targets and maximize growth opportunities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the branch, including corporate branding and profit/loss statements
- Identify and develop future leadership talent within the organization
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of insurance brokerage experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a department or branch
- Level 2 license
- Industry designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM)

- Competitive salary range: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00
