We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and leading a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive growth and revenue expansion
- Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals to deliver exceptional client service and achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
- Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Identify and develop future leadership talent within the organization
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance brokerage or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and ability to drive results
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
