Atlas-Apex Roofing (Saskatchewan) Inc. is on the lookout for a Construction Cost Analyst to enhance our operations. Candidates should possess a Secondary school graduation certificate along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in cost estimation for commercial and/or industrial construction endeavors.

Position Overview:
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Language of Work: English
  • Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours weekly
  • Educational Requirement: Secondary school graduation certificate
  • Experience Required: 3-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile detailed estimates of labor and material expenses
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately
  • Provide guidance on bidding processes
  • Develop and present estimate reports, quotation sheets, and bid forms
Essential Requirements:
  • Proficiency in estimating software and MS Excel
  • Prior experience in commercial and/or industrial construction projects
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specialization in roofing is advantageous
