Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor and control project expenditures
- Prepare and update project documentation
- Field Engineering
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress
- Identify and communicate workplace hazards and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical guidance to project teams
- Contract Administration
- Review and analyze contract documents
- Monitor and control contract expenditures
- Resolve field construction problems and discrepancies
- Communication
- Provide interpretation of plans, detail sheets, and specifications to contractors and craft supervision
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders

Requirements
- Education
- Engineering degree in a specific discipline with 5-7 years' experience or Tech diploma with 6-8 years related experience
- Experience
- Related construction experience with a contractor; heavy civil, civil works, mechanical, and electrical
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Skills
- Experience with Primavera, Microsoft Project, Blue Beam
- Experience with chambers, structural work, valves, and subcontract management
Desired Skills/Qualifications
- Experience with project management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Language
Must be able to communicate verbally and through written language (by hand and digitally) in English.
