**Job Summary**

Bruce Chrysler is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Mechanic to join their team in a busy flat rate shop. As a valued member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing customer vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Evaluate parts for reuse, repair, or replacement in accordance with company and manufacturer specifications.
  • Work closely with our Parts and Service Advisors to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Coach, mentor, and train apprentices as they progress in their careers.
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles.

**Requirements:**

  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driver's abstract.
  • Red Seal License and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent diagnostic skills and a keen interest in training and development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid Motor Vehicle Inspection License.
