Key Responsibilities:
The Store Manager will be accountable for the overall performance of the store, including but not limited to:
- Driving sales and enhancing profitability.
- Managing operational expenses and fostering positive customer relationships.
- Implementing superior customer service standards.
- Ensuring optimal stock levels and addressing inventory shortages.
- Adhering to pricing and merchandising guidelines.
- Recruiting, training, and developing store Associates.
- Maintaining store presentation and organization.
- Coordinating timely setup of promotional materials.
- Overseeing the receipt of merchandise deliveries.
- Handling administrative tasks efficiently.
- Upholding loss prevention policies and procedures.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail management.
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and career-oriented.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates flexibility, friendliness, and professionalism.
