Position Summary:

As a Retail Operations Specialist, you will report directly to the Store Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the team in optimizing sales and profitability by ensuring the organization of the stockroom and effectively managing inventory. This includes processing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, fulfilling eCommerce orders, executing markdowns, and merchandising to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Your role is crucial to the overall success of the store. You will actively contribute to enhancing inventory management, boosting sales, and elevating customer satisfaction while upholding brand standards and visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an organized stockroom and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Support sales floor replenishment and eCommerce order fulfillment.
  • Assist in markdown execution and merchandising efforts.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in stockroom or inventory management, preferably in retail.
  • Passion for fashion and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive team player with a hands-on attitude.
  • Familiarity with social media, mobile devices, and computer skills is advantageous.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
