Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales floor assistants and cashiers.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
  • Process sales transactions and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work on site and be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
