We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Home Sales Coordinator to join our team at Mattamy Homes. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide administrative support to our Sales Consultants, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a representative of Mattamy Homes, providing exceptional customer service to prospective purchasers.
- Provide administrative support to Sales Consultants, including preparing sales agreements and related documents.
- Enter customer information into our corporate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare and maintain all purchaser files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure the Sales Centre is clean, fully stocked, and presentable at all times.
- Perform other administrative duties as required, supporting the sales team to achieve their goals.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education an asset.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and part-time hours, in-person.
- Strong customer service background, with prior experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with ability to learn new software quickly.
- Outgoing personality, with ability to greet and address individuals in a professional manner.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit the highest degree of honesty and professionalism, with a strong work ethic.
