About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Bell Canada. As a key member of our Consumer and Small Business team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized product recommendations to customers, ensuring they find the right solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and services, using your knowledge to educate customers and drive sales.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
