Project Management Coordinator - Port Coquitlam

Brymark Installations Group Inc. (Brymark) specializes in industrial contracting, emphasizing piping, structural, and mechanical system installations across various sectors in British Columbia. We are in search of a dedicated Project Management Coordinator to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the collection of data for Daily LEMs and manage timecard entry systems.
  • Work collaboratively with site supervisors, project control teams, and the Project Manager.
  • Prepare documentation for weekly billing processes.
  • Contribute to reports intended for client communication.
  • Serve as a leader in safety initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT), Applied Science Technologist (AScT), or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of construction practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Procore software is advantageous.
  • A background in trades is beneficial.
