About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Expert to join our team at CAE. As a Test Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our synthetic training devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute verification and validation plans for our training devices.
  • Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and present test results and recommendations to project teams.
  • Participate in requirement and design reviews to ensure best practices are applied.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain qualification files to demonstrate compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor and report on V&V budget and schedule.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in aircraft systems, pilot license, or related field.
  • Knowledge of internal procedures, an asset.
  • Availability to travel for on-site work.
  • Excellent communication skills, bilingual French and English.
