About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team at Snapcommerce. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support to staff members, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
