Senior Director, Asset Management

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director, Legal Operations to join our team. As a key member of our Legal Affairs department, you will be responsible for driving strategic planning and delivery, technology and process innovation, and law firm management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead strategic and operational planning processes for Legal Affairs, including annual business planning, scorecard development, and tracking.
- Provide regular reporting to the Global Head of Legal and Legal Affairs leadership team on team progress and key operational metrics.
- Support lawyers in workload allocation and coordination, monitoring activity levels and tracking work intake.
- Supervise a team of legal operations coordinators and provide guidance on technology and process innovation.
- Oversee law firm support and spend, creating tailored reports and analytics to propose areas for improvement and cost savings.
- At least 12 years of relevant experience working in a legal department, law firm, or operational management role.
- Experience working with senior management and a strong understanding of the legal technology landscape.
- Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn).
