Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to monitor progress, identify potential delays, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Represent the organization during client discussions and provide regular schedule updates.
- Support the creation of template schedules and project controls tools.
- Participate in developing and maintaining a database of construction productivity rates and project risk items.
- Identify and incorporate unplanned events into the schedule.
- Provide guidance and direction on project control problems, including time impact analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, or related experience.
- 8-10 years of construction scheduling experience.
- Strong communication and technology skills, with proficiency in project controls software.
- Advanced understanding of field construction operations and critical path scheduling.
