Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.
Lead and Manage Food Service StaffSupervise and train food service staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food products.
Manage Food Quality and SafetyEnsure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and safety, and that our kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
Monitor and Control InventoryManage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand, and that we minimize waste and excess inventory.
Provide Excellent Customer ServiceEnsure that our customers receive exceptional service, including responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements- Education
College or equivalent education in a related field, such as hospitality or food service management.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
SkillsExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff to achieve high levels of performance.
Physical DemandsAbility to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job.
