Client Concierge / Sales Administrator

This role is a key part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting our sales efforts. As a Client Concierge / Sales Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for clients entering our facility, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Greeting and Support: Greet clients, prepare beverages, and maintain a clean and organized client lounge.
  • Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the team, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and post content on our social media accounts, engaging with clients and promoting our agency.
  • Referral Program Management: Track and manage our referral program, including thank-you courtesy calls and client welcome packages.
  • Client Assignment: Assign new clients to their personal client care advisor, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Appointment Confirmation: Confirm appointments with clients and advisors, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Delinquent Activity Management: Identify and manage delinquent activities, advising team members and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the agency marketing specialist to develop marketing lists and support sales efforts.
Working Conditions and Compensation:
  • This role is based at our Orleans location (260 Centrum Blvd Suite 102A Orleans).
  • The hourly rate is $18.00, increasing to $20.00 after 6 months.
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Benefits are available if an OTL license is obtained.
  • Licensing costs are covered if desired.
  • Advancement opportunities are available to Level 1 Advisor.
