About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Investigator. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating customer service and store environments in shopping centres or malls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate and detailed reports of your findings
  • Evaluate customer service and store environments to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct undercover work to gather information
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced shopping centre or mall environment, interacting with customers and store staff. You will need to be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
