Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the global Business Development function, developing and executing strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Design and implement long-term strategies to align the Business Development function with company goals and market trends.
  • Mentor and coach a high-performing Business Development team, fostering growth through professional development.
  • Manage daily activities and track performance metrics, ensuring success across weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to execute cohesive strategies and improve results.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience managing global Business Development teams with a proven track record.
  • Expertise in shaping and executing Business Development strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline generation, and prospecting strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset, skilled in using performance metrics to improve results.
