Senior Manager, Business Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the global Business Development function, developing and executing strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Design and implement long-term strategies to align the Business Development function with company goals and market trends.
- Mentor and coach a high-performing Business Development team, fostering growth through professional development.
- Manage daily activities and track performance metrics, ensuring success across weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to execute cohesive strategies and improve results.
- 9+ years of experience managing global Business Development teams with a proven track record.
- Expertise in shaping and executing Business Development strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline generation, and prospecting strategies.
- Data-driven mindset, skilled in using performance metrics to improve results.
