About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Instant Gold Refining Inc. as an Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing and maintaining records, reports, and presentations.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing procedures, and establish work priorities to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting the company's mission.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
