Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Associate to join our team at Canada Goose. As an IT Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our executives, stakeholders, and retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support via corporate and retail queues for Windows, macOS, manufacturing, and point-of-sale systems.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including access requests.
  • Record, track, and escalate incidents via IT service management system, Service Now.
  • Configure and support workstations, tablets, cell phones, and audio/video conferencing technologies.
  • Image and configure workstations, laptops, point-of-sale, and other computing equipment as required.
  • Support printers, copiers, IP phones, and various other peripheral devices.
  • Implement and support audio/video conferencing technologies.
  • Perform security and operating system updates, software deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with IT operations team members on escalated issues, including enterprise applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all departments, utilizing available resources while meeting set service level agreements.
  • Document technical procedures for new technologies and update/maintain existing technical documentation.
  • Provide dedicated support for defined members of the Canada Goose executive team, prioritizing their IT needs and ensuring optimal functioning of their systems.
Requirements
  • A post-secondary education in information technology or equivalent.
  • ITIL foundations, A+, network+, M365, and managing modern desktops and devices MD-101T certifications are considered assets.
  • Experience with compliance and governance frameworks, including SOX.
  • Firm grasp of basic networking concepts.
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT service management, Service Now, providing technical support to end-users, basic hardware troubleshooting, deployment, support, and management of meeting rooms, desktop imaging, mobile device management, creating and managing user accounts, organizational change requests, and supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
  • Strong verbal and written skills, and the ability to work courteously and effectively.
