**Job Summary**

The Joneses is seeking a highly skilled Server Support Associate to join our team. As a Server Support Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the exceptional dining experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guests' inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with servers and hosts to optimize seating capacity and ensure seamless service.
  • Monitor the dining area and promptly clear and clean tables as needed.
  • Prepare and stock condiments, beverages, and other essentials to ensure a smooth service.
  • Conduct quality checks on food presentation and quality, upholding The Joneses' high standards.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations and protocols, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
  • Manage waste disposal, linen supply, and recycling tasks, ensuring a clean and sustainable environment.
  • Communicate guest feedback to servers, enhancing the overall dining experience.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the team and ensure exceptional service.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Smart Serve Certification is mandatory.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Effective verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional manner.
  • Thorough knowledge of our menu and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to maintain a sense of professional urgency and momentum, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Full availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
