Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Guardteck Security Corp.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that security protocols are being followed and that all security personnel are aware of their responsibilities.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security needs are met and that all security personnel are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. security, law enforcement, business) preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a security supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
