We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Consultant to join our team at Moores Clothing. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective selling techniques and team selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Participate in visual merchandising, store displays, and other store-related projects to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and/or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
Pay Range: $20.25/hr
We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
