Job Title: Media Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Coordinator to join our team at Alphabet Creative. As a Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Job Summary:

The Media Coordinator will be responsible for advising clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, conducting analytical marketing studies, and developing portfolios of marketing materials. You will also be responsible for reviewing quotations, providing estimates of costs, processing purchases, and producing reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies
  • Develop portfolio of marketing materials
  • Review quotations
  • Provide estimate of costs
  • Process purchases
  • Produce reports
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Prepare marketing plans
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
  • Negotiate offers from suppliers
  • Implement marketing activities
  • Establish marketing programs
  • Develop marketing and communication plans
  • Develop media strategies and public relations activities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
  • Consult with suppliers
  • Co-ordinate media services
  • Monitor and evaluate
  • Schedule activities
  • Estimate cost of projects
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
