Job Title: Media Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Coordinator to join our team at Alphabet Creative. As a Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing and media planning, with experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for advising clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies, conducting analytical marketing studies, and developing marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies
  • Develop marketing materials, including portfolios and marketing plans
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Review quotations and provide estimates of costs
  • Process purchases and prepare purchase orders
  • Produce reports and prepare budgets and cost estimates
  • Plan and manage budgets, including negotiating offers from suppliers
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies
  • Implement marketing activities and establish marketing programs
  • Develop and implement marketing and communication plans
  • Develop media strategies and public relations activities
  • Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems and consult with suppliers
  • Co-ordinate media services and monitor and evaluate marketing activities
  • Schedule activities and estimate the cost of projects
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and media planning
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability
