We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Caregiver to join our team at Christine Hu. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home-based setting.
Key Responsibilities- Household Management: Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
- Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
- Child Supervision: Supervise and care for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the children.
- Transportation: Take children to and from school and to appointments.
- Education and Development: Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, and assist with homework.
- Health and Safety: Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
- Activities and Outings: Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting their physical and emotional development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Work in employer's/client's home
- Certifications: First Aid Certificate
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Initiative: Proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
- Judgement: Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
