We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Caregiver to join our team at AJ Family Child Caregiver. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a family setting.
Key Responsibilities- Household Management: Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
- Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
- Child Care and Development: Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, and instruct them in personal hygiene and social development.
- Discipline and Guidance: Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, promoting positive behavior and emotional well-being.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the children, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
- Rest and Sleep Routine: Prepare infants and children for rest periods, establishing a consistent sleep routine.
- Supervision and Safety: Supervise and care for children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Emotional Support: Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Criminal Record Check: A criminal record check is required for this position.
- Interpersonal Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with children, parents, and other caregivers.
- Organizational Skills: Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
