Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service information, including features, benefits, and updates.
  • Develop and maintain a database of current and potential customers to inform sales strategies.
  • Effectively communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge to stay competitive in the market.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a related sales position is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong listening and sales skills, with a focus on customer needs and preferences.
  • Efficient and accurate typing speed of at least 30 wpm - 40 wpm.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with a regular schedule.
  • 10 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday.
  • Competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour.
