The Steel Guys Fabricating Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, prepare production reports, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise workers and projects, train or arrange for training, and recommend personnel actions.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Work Environment: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
