Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

The Steel Guys Fabricating Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, including site safety, quality control, and productivity metrics.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet client requirements and company standards.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
