This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit production reports to management
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams
- Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects
- Train or arrange for training of construction staff
- Recommend personnel actions to management
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
The Construction Site Supervisor will work in a fast-paced construction environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
