About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourer to join our team at S&B Landscaping and Fencing Ltd. As a key member of our outdoor team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, maintaining our clients' properties, and ensuring our high standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Landscape Constructions: Work alongside our experienced team to build and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and hardscapes.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, as well as repairing and maintaining equipment.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Ensure our clients' properties are well-manicured and visually appealing, including tasks such as cutting grass, raking, and collecting refuse.
  • Plant Care: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens, as well as apply fertilizers and other treatments as needed.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other machinery.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Site Environment: This is an outdoor role, and you will be working in various weather conditions.
  • Physical Capabilities: You must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and perform manual labour for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: We are looking for someone who is dependable, flexible, and reliable, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn is essential, as is a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
